The consortium combines the expertise of Hovah West African Services Ltd, a leader in consulting and project implementation, and Adele Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on capacity-building and community development. Together, they work to bridge the digital divide by equipping individuals, especially women, people with disabilities, and youth from underrepresented communities, with employable digital skills. This consortium was formed to provide innovative training solutions and sustainable support systems that help participants become self-reliant and prepared for the modern workforce.
